Terms & Conditions
Sheldon Consultancy, LLC – Coaching Program
By enrolling in the coaching program provided by Sheldon Consultancy, LLC (“Company”), the client (“Client”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Confidentiality Clause
Sheldon Consultancy, LLC is committed to creating a safe and professional environment for personal and leadership development. Accordingly:
- All discussions, shared materials, and resources provided during the coaching sessions are strictly confidential.
- Both the Coach and Client agree not to disclose any proprietary, personal, or sensitive information discussed during the program.
- This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, internal processes, and personal or professional challenges.
- This mutual confidentiality agreement ensures a respectful and secure space for open dialogue and growth.
2. Intellectual Property
- All content, materials, tools, resources, and intellectual property provided throughout the program remain the sole property of Sheldon Consultancy, LLC.
- These materials are intended for the Client’s individual and personal use only.
- Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized sharing of program content, in part or in full, without written permission, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. Payment Terms
- All payments made to Sheldon Consultancy, LLC are nonrefundable.
- Clients must adhere to the payment schedule agreed upon in the signed coaching agreement or invoice.
- Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds or credits.
- If a client chooses to withdraw from the program more than seven (7) days after the start date, no refunds will be issued for payments already made or future scheduled payments.
4. Session Rescheduling and Attendance
- Clients may reschedule a session with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
- Missed sessions without prior notice are considered forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
- In the event that a Client chooses to terminate their participation in the program, all payments made up to that point are nonrefundable.
- A written notice must be provided to formally request cancellation and to discontinue consulting services. No future billing will occur once cancellation is confirmed.
5. Limitation of Services
- Coaching services provided by Sheldon Consultancy, LLC are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, psychological, or medical advice.
- The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results, as progress depends on individual effort and engagement.
6. Agreement Acknowledgement
By participating in the coaching program, the Client affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the above Terms and Conditions.
